4 - Match procedure

4.1 - Before the match
The Lobby Creator specified in the FACEIT matchroom must host the lobby. The Lobby should be created as specified in 3, with the name and password provided on the FACEIT matchroom.

Teams will be assigned to the Blue and Orange teams based on their position in the FACEIT match room:
Left side = Blue Team
Right side = Orange Team

The game must not be started until all the players have joined the lobby. Please remember that joining the team will automatically start the game - make sure not to join your respective teams until all the players are in the lobby and ready to start.

All players have 10 minutes from the creation of the FACEIT match room to create and join their respective games. Failure to join or create may result in disqualification.

All the maps of a best of series can be played from the same lobby. In the event a lobby needs to be recreated and the match has not been played yet, please use the details as provided on the FACEIT platform.

4.2 - During the match
If you have any issues during the match, please contact our Admin Team through the Call Admin Button inside the FACEIT Match Room.

If a player disconnects during a game, the game must continue. The disconnected player/s may reconnect at any point during the current game or any following maps in the best of series.

Pausing is not allowed at any point during a game.

4.3 - After the match
At the end of every map, please use the “Find Result” button to update the match result. By clicking the button, we will start automatically looking for your match result - this operation can take up to 45 seconds.
Make sure to always use the button at the end of every map inside a Best of match as this will guarantee results are accurate.
If you forget to press the button between each map of the series, use it at the end of the Game.

The winning team must keep screenshots of every result as they might be requested by the tournament admins if any disputes arise.

In the event the result cannot be found automatically, please contact an admin through the Call Admin function inside the matchroom and make sure you have screenshots available.

4.4 - Match Issues
Between games in a series (Bo3), the lobby may be rehosted in order to fix connection issues. This can be done only during the waiting time between each map.

In the event a game has already started and it needs to be rehosted due to connection issues, please contact an admin. The admin may grant the rehost of the lobby.

If a player disconnects during a game, the game must continue. The disconnected player/s may reconnect at any point during the current game or any following games in the match.

In the event of a bug or glitch that affects gameplay, the full match should be played out. Evidence of the bug should be reported to an admin. If the bug is confirmed and is a well-known bug, the match may be replayed.
