How to Submit Tournament Results?
Once a match has been completed within a Tournament, the Captain of the team will be required to click the ‘Find Results’ button from within the Match room.
If you’re playing within a series (best of X), the Captain of the team will be required to click the ‘Find Results’ button after each Match in the series.
You will see a pop up message on the top of the screen that shows that the platform is searching for the match results. If the match does not result this means one of the players is not playing on the correct game account associated with their FACEIT account. Please call an admin from the call admin button in the center of the page to have this issue resolved.
Please note: Screenshots are required to be kept of the in-game match results in case any discrepancies arise and further evidence is required. You can do this with steam on your PC using the default F12 key and from the Xbox you can capture the screenshot when you double-tap the Xbox button, and then pressing the Y button saves the image.
