Recommended image dimensions

Item - aspect ratio, recommended image resolution, and size, recommended image file format

Organizer icon - 1:1, 400x400px - 1500x1500px, PNG JPG

Organizer page sponsor banner - 16:9, 960x540px, PNG JPG

Organizer Page

Icon & cover image

The Organizer icon and cover image can be updated directly from the Organizer page.

Organizer page Settings

Organizer page > Settings

Publish - Organizer pages can be published or unpublished. If unpublished, other users with the organizer page link cannot access the page, and it will not appear on FACEIT’s search.

Display admins list - Enabling this will publicly list all the admins added to the organizer page on the Overview tab.

Donations - This feature is available exclusively to verified and/or partnered organizers. Enabling it will allow users to donate their FACEIT points to the organizer from the Overview tab and display the top donators within.

Website - If used, the website will be displayed below the ‘About’ section on the Overview tab.

Supported Region tags & Country flags

Organizers can display which regions, countries, and games they are focused on by adding tags from the Organizer page settings. The supported regions, countries, and games help players find Tournaments and Clubs.

Setting these tags will not restrict players from other regions or countries from accessing the Organizer page. Detailed join restrictions are set up individually for each tournament and club.

To adjust tags of supported games, regions, and country flags:

1. Navigate to the Organizer page Settings,
2. Edit either Games supported, Regions supported, or Countries supported fields, and click Save changes.

Tournament Page

The tournament banner/cover image can be updated directly from the tournament's front page.

Sponsors

* This feature is available exclusively to verified and/or partnered organizers.

The Organizer page can display up to 4 sponsors. The same sponsors will appear in all Tournaments created under the organizer.

To add a sponsor:

1. Navigate to the Organizer page
2. Click the ‘ADD SPONSOR’ button to add a sponsor item,
3. Upload the sponsor image, set the name, rank (order), and its URL,
4. Click Save.

You can display a transparent sponsor logo using the FACEIT page background color rgb(12, 12, 12) behind any sponsor logos.

Clubs

The Club’s icon and cover image can be updated from the Club settings.

To update it:

1. Navigate to Club > Club dropdown menu > Settings > ‘General’ tab > Details & Assets
2. Upload the images, and you are set!
