What happened to EU Premium Queue?

EU Premium Queue has been replaced with the Super Match feature. As a subscriber you will be able to toggle on having this feature to deliver you matches with pre-packaged characteristics making for even more competitive matches and a superior subscriber experience.

How does Super Match work?

When matchmaking if you are a subscriber, you will be able to toggle on the Super Match switch. Once on, and assuming your party meets the requirements, the matchmaking system will take into account your preferences and prioritize creating matches that align with those preferences. 

HOW DID I ENCOUNTER SOMEONE IN MY GAME WHO IS BEYOND THE MAXIMUM 300 ELO BRACKET?

Level 10s and Level 1s at the extremes of the Elo scale will notice the Elo difference will appear larger in some cases - this is because the maximum Elo check for an individual in EU is 2500 (Level 10). So, if a player’s Elo surpasses this, e.g. 3500 Elo, they will be treated as 2500 Elo (equivalent to level 10). The same process applies for those below 450 Elo—they will be treated as 450 Elo during the Super Match Elo check

What control do I have in Super Match selection/Can I customize the preferences further?

You will be able to toggle having a match with this core group of competitive requirements. At this time, you are not able to select individual requirements from this group but we are looking into further improving this feature in the future to give you new characteristics to choose from and new ways to dictate what your ''Super Match'' is going to be.

Who can access Super Match?

Super Match is available to all players in all regions who have participated in a minimum of 30 ranked matches. It's accessible to both premium and plus subscribers. 

Non-subscribers may occasionally be placed in a Super Match if their account meets the specified characteristics.

Will Super Match be expanded in the future?

Yes, we plan to expand and enhance the Super Match feature in the future to provide even more control over your matchmaking preferences and rules. We are continuously working to improve the feature based on player feedback and needs.

How do I enable or disable Super Match?

To enable or disable the Super Match feature, you can access a toggle near the “play” button in matchmaking within the game. It's designed to be user-friendly and easily adjustable according to your preferences.

Will using Super Match affect my matchmaking queue times?

Enabling Super Match may slightly increase your matchmaking queue times because it prioritizes creating matches that align with your preferences. However, we strive to balance this to provide you with reasonable queue times while still adhering to your chosen characteristics and rules.
